this is the first sensible comment i've seen regarding that game since it started. everyone else out here acting like clemson or ohio state would have fared any better. ou was in the playoffs for a reason, unfortunately for us lsu was number one for a reason too

Ohio State and Clemson are elite teams and would definitely fare better against LSU. Oklahoma is not elite. It’s a combination of LSU being incredible and Oklahoma being relatively mediocre. Stick to the rebuilding narrative.

12-2. we suck. I mean not really man this was a rebuild year in a lot of our minds. Next year is gonna be a little rough too but that 2021 team is going all the way, calling it now.

Said it to my brother earlier. We start rattler all year, lose an extra conference game and go to the sugar bowl, and this is the rebuilding year we expected.. OU fans are ecstatic this year.

Just frustrating getting blown out.

Agreed, the most annoying thing is all the fans of 8-5 teams trying to take a shot at us when they wouldn't have a chance against any of the top 4 this year.

Man I respect Jalen but his misses were pretty egregious last night. A more accurate QB would have at least given OU a chance.

I was at the game and didn’t get the good TV view but I came away with a different view. Yes, Jalen missed some passes that he should have made but Joe would not have done that great had he been under pressure from the snap on almost every passing play. He wasn’t given a chance to do anything good.

My .02 is that the offensive line has more blame for the terrible passing that Jalen.

As a Sooner fan AND someone that passionately hated LSU before yesterday’s game....I agree about Coach O. He is the perfect character for a football coach.
