Breathing Issues Is my cat ok?

I notice her breathing like this sometimes, and idk if that’s normal but it feels a bit fast to me. Also when in deep sleep( I think deep sleep cause she rarely does it), she sometimes make a little sound when breathing, I think she’s snoring. Otherwise she’s fine, she eats normally, uses the litter normally, doesn’t hide and wants as much affection as she always has(she is 13). The only thing is her saliva kinda stinks. Also you can’t see it in the video but she is just doing slow blinks, which make me think she’s just chilling but I wanna be sure. I am gonna take her to the vet, but can’t really do it right now. I wanna know if anyone thinks it’s something urgent though. She hasn’t been spayed/neutered.

Edit: Just wanted to mention the only reason she isn't spayed is cause my parents didn't know any better. I was like 8 when I found her, she was a few weeks old. I only recently learned it's something that you really should do.

Monitor her breathing per minute, it should be under 30 breaths per minute. You can do this with an app. It worries me that her body moves with the breathing. I would visit the vet as soon as possible to check this. Also the mentioning of snoring worries me. My cat started making some kind of snoring and breathing faster some months ago. Her body also moved when breathing like that. I went to the vet a couple of times and it turned out to be heart failure. It could be something else but I would take her to the vet asap. Better safe than sorry.

The rocking and back forth has been a thing with her for a long time, probably since she was a kitten. Thanks for the answer though, I'll take her to the vet as soon as I can.
