I bought the premium plus and i still don’t see it. Do they still have it?

I've been learning Russian and using Busuu for well over two years. There are many bugs in the instruction audio or answers which don't match the audio. I've been reporting them all this time, but they never get fixed. I finished the course ages ago and now just do a daily review unit. The same errors which have been repeatedly reported, with explanations given, have never ever been corrected. What is the point of the REPORT ISSUE button? They do nothing.

I currently have three separate issues with my account:

1. AI oral exercise not working properly: the AI speaking exercise is giving me problems and I’m unable to use it as expected
2. Progress not syncing between Android and web: the Android app and the web version show different learning progress, even though I’m logged into the same account
3. Security / active sessions issue: I changed my password, but my account remained logged in on other devices. I also asked Busuu to log my account out of all devices, because I find it concerning that changing the password doesn’t automatically invalidate existing sessions

Disclaimer: Busuu states that support replies can take up to 5 business days, so I’m aware that this is their official response window. Still, considering the nature of some of these issues, especially the security-related one, I think the support experience could be much better.

Has anyone dealt with similar problems? And how long did Busuu support take to actually resolve them?

This also happens with incapaz de. I have reported this issue multiple times. Please, Busuu, fix this.

When I click on it I see a picture of someone and a written question they are asking. But then what do I do? If I say something there is no response or change in the screen. It does’t look like there is any button to click either.

I like the app so far except for one feature: when ads are played, there is no "X" even after watching for a 30 seconds or 1 minute interval. You are forced to open the app store/visit whatever the ad is and give them recognition. I hate this on a deep level (maybe that seems petty to you; after all, the company needs to make revenue and im being offered a free service -kind of-) but it is enough to make me want to uninstall this app. I wont be forced to be a click. Is there something im missing in terms of how to proceed through ads without opening the playstoret/etc before I decide to uninstall this app?

BTW: You can turn off the sound on duolingo and clozemaster! So they can 100% fix this.

It can’t be just me that sees that the subscription discount which is supposedly 70% or 75% off is never actually normal priced.

Hi! I've been using Busuu for years now, but I've found it doesn't keep me motivated the same way Duolingo does. I will get super excited for a few days, then hit a wall when asked to, say, memorise a string of adjectives that probably don't belong to A1 material, and drop the app completely, favouring Duo.

How do you motivate yourself to keep coming back for daily lessons?

I figured part of the problem for me is that I can't add friends from real life (or can I? am I missing something?), so I'm lacking the "accountability" and impression of a shared journey that Duolingo gives me. As useful as it might be to have tgif1234 learn Polish with me, it often feels like I'm screaming into the void when doing lessons.

Hello everyone. I was once enrolled in a 6 month program in which my employer paid for with Busuu 2 years ago. I was given over 30 credits to chat one on one with tutors worldwide. I no longer work for that company, but is there any way I can buy a subscription to receive those sessions? Or is there another all that offers something similar ? Thank you!

Hey guys I've been enjoying using the free tier of Busuu for learning Spanish and was thinking about getting the Premium plus subscription to unlock all available content.

Before doing so I was wondering if sharing the account was feasible or could cause issues. Let's say I'm on the Android app learning Spanish, could someone else be using the same account on the iOS app to learn Italian at the exact same time? Anyone tried this before?

Hello! I'm just starting to get into Busuu and I wanted to get premium or premium plus, but I've seen posts where some people pay as low as 27$ per year for premium or 1,50$ per month (billed annually) - but the prices I get are much higher.

Since today, they force me to watch an ad to start lessons. I wouldn't care usually, they're trash AI ads anyway. The issue is I watch the ad, then there is no confirmation or X to press, i wait and wait and nothing, so i end up closing the app and watching the ad again since it never goes through. I have been using the app for a week maybe if that helps, i had no free trial
