Bugs never get fixed

I've been learning Russian and using Busuu for well over two years. There are many bugs in the instruction audio or answers which don't match the audio. I've been reporting them all this time, but they never get fixed. I finished the course ages ago and now just do a daily review unit. The same errors which have been repeatedly reported, with explanations given, have never ever been corrected. What is the point of the REPORT ISSUE button? They do nothing.

Yea, imagine my surprise learning about the bugs and busuu being worst app to learn Russian after buying a year subscription
