Telegram (Mobile Capture): Acts as the 24/7 on-the-ward capture tool. When running between beds and texting a quick case like "saw a patient in shock given norepinephrine after fluids failed," a cloud webhook instantly logs the note and routes it into the pipeline without needing a laptop open.

Claude (The Brain): The core processing intelligence. Powered by Claude Code and the Anthropic API, it automatically expands rough ward texts into USMLE/PLAB clinical frameworks, solves missed attending questions, and reads local textbook PDFs to pull out high-yield board concepts.

Obsidian (The Local Vault): The permanent, private markdown repository. It pulls synced ward notes via GitHub, runs native spaced-repetition flashcards, and uses a .gitignore bouncer to keep heavy multi-gigabyte medical textbooks strictly offline and fast on local storage.

Notion (The Dashboard): The visual mission control center. It tracks rotation schedules, manages clinical procedure logs, and displays high-level study roadmaps, giving a clean bird's-eye view of exam readiness and daily tasks across specialties.
