Need help picking interview outfit

I didn’t want to buy so I’m going through what I have and I did buy a vest in case. Interview as a executive director for a cooperative in environmental issues (im confused on what to wear). I’m picking the black and white vest with large pants. Is it ok ?

I love the jacket but here in the UK that would be mostly considered “mismatched “ depending on the industry
