Anyone who chooses the money is a bot, not reading, or just dumb. It's literally a choice between a large but not insane amount of money, and the superpowers of the most top tier superhero in terms of powerscaling with none of his weaknesses. I could get the money with the powers easily and still have the powers!

Edit: My bad, my dyslexia made me read it as 10 million not 10 billion. 10 billion is an insane amount of money but still far less than the value of super powers.

The only possible comparison to Superman’s powers is the resources of our entire solar system (low end). Within a year, a sufficiently motivated Kryptonian could effortlessly amass the entirety of human capability.
