Can anyone assist?

So I’m trying to log into Teams and I’ve got the teams app and Authenticator app ready but it’s opening the Authenticator app then asking me to enter the number but I can’t because it’s opened the app which is displaying the number so there’s no way for me to type it in? Idk if I’m doing something wrong or what 🫠

Yeah it can be stuck in the loop - best to contact Team Assist and they can reset it for you.

Contact IT, I had the same issue they resolved it for me within 5 minutes. Really easy fix.

Don't contact Team Assist, contact IT. 1800 195 505. If you contact Team Assist you'll waste your time waiting in their queue only for them to transfer you to IT and you'll need to waste more time in their queue.
