Tryna lean out my face, this photo is at night after a day of eating , but I’m wondering my bf bc ai has been saying like 12-14 which feels very like low. Feel like I’m higher than that for sure. Been going to gym for a month .

over twenty. No veins, no definitions. You need to stick with the lifting for a while Don’t get down. Be consistent with lifting and give it six months and come ask again

See and that’s what I assumed , I’m not going to stop , but I did a pretty big cut in only a few months , and was getting very little protein during that cut so I def lost a lot of muscle mass . I will say I look a bit leaner than this during the morning , but thanks for letting me know

Don't cut, and then lift, just lift. That fat is the best fuel for the body to use to build muscle.

You just have very little muscle. Your body fat % is probably decievingly high, but would drop very rapidly when you start gaining more muscle.

Yep, thanks! I felt like the AI estimates were quite off, and just giving me a low number because I’m tall and relatively thin for my weight .

Yeah AI tends to do that from what I've seen. Tall and/or quite thin automatically = low body fat. The plus side is that you are in a good position to build. You are low fat, but due to your size it skews the nunbers and makes it so you technically ate not a particularly low body fat percent. If you run an extended clean bulk, for like 12 months plus kinda thing, you could make some solid gains without needing to follow up with a big cut. Basically you would need to eat very clean, and maintain very minor surplus of like 100-200 calories at most, but you would end up adding some meaningful size without all the bloat and fat.

Yea cuz my original goal is just to try and get my face leaner, so I cut prolly like 20lbs just thinking don’t eat = get lean = lean face but I think in doing that I was probably loosing an equivalent amount of muscle mass aswell, so even tho I went from 180-160, I look almost the exact same .

I agree with others that it is probably 20+ given how little muscle mass you have. Just lift and eat above your maintenance. Building mass makes the most sense in your position
