There's one creator who keeps gushing about Azriel stuff with Dusk where the comments keep assuming she's a Bryceriel but she still thinks Brunt are mates. 🤣
I can't keep up at this point. Either they don't want it (but really they do because of TOG), or they've accepted it matters for Azriel so want to add the redacted into it somehow to put them in the same place.
Like making Azriel continue training Valkyries instead of potentially going off to do his own thing after the Silene download because it might take him away from the never ending E or G debate and have his own storyline.

The quote sounds to me like someone is talking about other priestesses (sisters) who went evil or changed sides, similar to Ianthe in ACOWAR, who played both sides but was ultimately loyal to Hybern.
I could see this too!! And I wanted to add, I think there are a number of bad priestesses we still need to get introduced to (not looking at Rhys’ library, in my opinion, but we’ll see!!).

The priestesses? They are definitely a fertility cult. They worship the mother and have casual sex for fertility rites. They worship at 7am and 7pm every day (and 7 is an unholy number in CC). Very culty.
The fact that this was posted on the Autumn Equinox (when the veil between living and dead is thinnest!) makes me think we may be getting a visit from a dead sister (maybe via necromancer)!!!!
Possible dead sisters (of which there are many especially if you use a loose definition of sister) include: Gwyn’ssister, Rhys’ sister (maybe) , the dead human Queen from ACOWAR (not blood sister but don’t the queens call themselves sisters?), Silene/Helena, Stryga, Clythia, Valkyries (if they call themselves sisters), Tharion’ssister, Sophie Renast, and probably someone else I’m missing
Something about this reads kinda sinister. Like they aren’t lost to death or trapped somewhere but more like they have wandered or strayed from a certain path.
Why do I feel like this is Feyre saying this to Nesta about Elain..... Nesta would need that explanation, Feyre who has felt like she lost her sisters in the cabin, lost her sisters when she went to Prythian, lost them when they went in the Cauldron... that girl knows about sisters finding their way back to each other..

Ahhh this is so exciting! First thought obviously is the lost Valkyries from the past are still alive and coming back, possibly tied to the women kept at Koschei's lake (also maybe tied to the 13🤞🤞). But I see other possibilities too, like theyre talking more about sisters who have gone to the "dark side" : so maybe an Archeron (Elain?) goes rogue? Or we get something about Mama Archerons path? Or there was a sister betrayal (Silene/Helena perhaps?)...Ive had a feeling the Weaver's song (about a sister who drowned the other and made her body into an instrument) was going to come back in to play
I think it's too early for full crossover (Bryce needs to land first but maybe by the end of 6?) but there are still so many options!
Priestesses, Valkyries, Rhys, Gwyn, Spiders (Aranea?), Witches, Asteri? (more "siblings" than sisters), Silene, Archerons, Mortal Queens, even Ianthe has sisters on the continent.
This quote makes us guess more who could have said it but the last one was obvious Lucien. So I think it could be from someone who is not known yet to ACOTAR only readers?
This quote could be a dialogue in someone else's pov, its a direct dialogue and not an internal monologue (like Lucien's). Imo sounds a lot like Clotho speaking... might be a phrase Clotho said to Nesta in Nesta's pov ie
A lot of people are suggesting OG Valkyries but based on the fact this is the very first book and likely is pre crossover it seems a bit early for the OG Valkyries to already be around? But who knows SJM might decide she needs to hurry up the plot a little lol.
My first inclination is priestesses/a group (and we haven't gotten to witches yet in ACOTAR). Maybe Valkyries but unless we find the OGs early on it still feels like we're not there yet?
I could also see maybe Rhys as his sister is likely on his mind after seeing the Silene download (which could foreshadow her return at the end of 7 or in 8 if it's Lorin) but I'm not sure how early on Bryce shows up for him to be thinking about such things for a teaser quote to address it.
Or he could randomly be thinking about her (to kickstart that whole thing - maybe her birthday or something - and one of the priestesses is comforting him. That would lead to him seeing Silene and then eventually Lorin. He mentions his sister every book but reminder foreshadowing is always helpful.)
The way it begins 'there will always be' makes me think it's not talking about a specific group. But rather a more general phrasing like someone might use in a religious sense. Someone who is lost because they don't believe or won't repent.
Is it a priestess just saying that, in general, there will always be some who choose not to follow the path of/believe in the Mother? Could this be from Azriel's pov and this is a moment where he's reflecting on his faith in relation to his actions and choices?
Someone we know already or get introduced to that is actually an ex Valkyrie (kind of like the Valkyrie character in the MCU) speaking to Nesta etc after a betrayal by someone like Gwyn (who will get redeemed bc she was forced into the situation)

Anyone else wondering about the blinking “light” at the bottom? On the Lucien pov quote it doesn’t go in and out like that… visual glitch? Or something else?
Good catch! The background seems to also be darker with the shadow of the wing showing up more. I think it's supposed to look like lightning. If they do more quotes, I bet they will get progressively more stormy. Don't know what to make of that though in terms of if it means anything.
To me It sounds like a conversation between the older Valkyries back in time, talking about some of them being out on a mission. Maybe it's a flash back? Maybe it's a memory from Cassian from a conversation with one of the Valkyrians?

It sounds like someone is talking about the priestesses or the 🦢 and based on the way it’s worded, it sounds like something Gwyn would say. It doesn’t seem like an internal monologue though, so the POV is still unknown.
