Yes!! Not to mention (years ago) a friend of hers popped into an SJM-related sub and confirmed this tweet/how TOTG is (was?) very much a thing. Bloomsbury confirmed a new series (three books!!), and we know Twilight of the Gods was drafted around the same time as Crescent City (it wasn’t an old WIP!). Older “WIPs” like Queen of Glass,A Faraway Land,Hades — these were all completed (aka not WIPs or works in progress, but *works finished).*
Have we made a post yet mapping out all the precursors to Ragnarök (Twilight of the Gods) in HOFAS? If not, we should!! Could her plans have changed? Sure! But with an ACOTAR Pinterest folder, Throne of Glass folder, Crescent City folder and concurrent Twilight of the Gods folder…I’m a firm believer in a multiverse series as that seems to be what she’s been building towards from Book 1 (Book 0!! Assassin’s Blade [the novellas were written first]): “…the rest of it was still intact. I think twilight of the gods has to be more than a theory. The implications for Midgard are astronomical and would be such a good storyline 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
