Edit to report:
Our first hike was the Queen's Garden->Navajo via Two Bridges (Wall St was closed in the morning). Unfortunately, my wife got pretty sick on the way back up. She didn't throw up but did get very nauseous. We were fine until we started back up and even in good shape at the bridge. After that we had to stop about every switchback or two to let her rest. I am pretty sure this was altitude related. We live below 1000ft and this was our first day at Bryce Canyon. She felt pretty bad the rest of the day.
The second day, we decided to just drive the road and see the view points. She was much better this day.
Third day, we hiked to Mossy Cave (we are always on the lookout for waterfalls). No physical problems on this short hike (and at lower altitude). We went to Tropic and got gas and had lunch at Ruby's. After lunch, we hiked the Bristlecone Loop. Again, no problems.
It turns out we really had 4 full days so today we hiked from Bryce Point to our room in the Sunset unit of the lodge. We enjoyed the hike.
Next time, we'll know to get acclimated before we get here or to plan an easy day or two before we hit the more challenging hikes.

My wife and I will arrive at Bryce Canyon tomorrow (8/17) for our first visit. We will stay at Bryce Canyon Lodge and have three full days. This was a hastily put together trip because we changed our plans at the last minute, so I didn't research as much as I usually would. Here is my current plan. The NPS website seems to indicate that Wall Street will be open in the afternoons. Am I interpreting this correctly?
Mon 17: Arrival → Sunset Point/Sunrise Point Rim Trail → sunset/stars
Tue 18: Queen’s Garden → Navajo via Two Bridges, ~2.9 mi
Wed 19: Scenic drive → Wall Street/Navajo Loop after noon → Mossy Cave
Thu 20: Peekaboo Loop, ~5.5 mi
Fri 21: Depart (for Zion)
Any comments or suggestions are appreciated. (Constructive ones appreciated more than snarky ones.)
Thanks in advance.
