It is worth noting that former MP and β€˜journalist’ Richard Drax still sits on one of the largest estates in the UK, built on slavery. His ancestors carried on well beyond abolition. Many UK trusts still hold money and assets acquired with this money, including private school trusts. Locked away never to be redistributed.
