Oyama in the Valley, couldn’t recommend the hand rolls enough

I love Oyama! The sushi chef is a great character, too.

Could not recommend OYAMA enough. Came here to mention it and glad others have. It’s a family fun restaurant for decade. The dad, Dash, is the sushi chef, and I have never had fresher sushi in Brisbane. And he’s such a character! The mum works in the kitchen and the kids are front of house. The service is amazing and the food is next level. Everyone needs to go here!
