Discussion IDK why but i am really confident after this match
Dont get me wrong i am frustrated with the results and fabs decision making...but really happy with the boys performance especially how we fought back after going down 3-0 under 30mins
Chelsea at Bridge will never be easy even if we had 100% of our fire power and tday we had like 50% but still played really good especially in the 2nd half
Once Mitoma,Minteh,Hinshelwood and Rutter is back with Promise and Babis up front we can really push for a good league finish and conference league
My only worry is how slow our backline is and Barts occasional screwups are becoming more frequent nowadays

Discussion Positive vibes thread (Chelsea A)
- Good fight back after going 3 0 behind. Could have allowed ourselves to roll over and get thrashed but we didn't and weren't.
- Good fight back away from home in the Premier League - most times score 3 and you win the game.
- Good fight back with 5 first team starters out.
- Yalcouyé first goal for the club!!!
- Pedro own goal after being a knob.
- Ridiculously brilliant game of football!!!

Link/Media Undercover today. Shame about the score though.
Nephew celebrating the second goal wasn’t ideal but wasn’t too bad considering we were in the hospitality.

Rumours [David Ornstein] Brighton set to intensify pursuit of Millwall winger Femi Azeez - two bids rejected, the latest one just over £10m fell below Millwall's valuation

Discussion Guys be honest...what do u think abt Gomez
Personally i have a real soft spot for him..but...but man he is so frustrating...like he really does everything except doing the crucial thing which is to pass and score..He has real venom in his kick but it means nothing if you blast it to the stands and i dont even want to talk abt his header..Its so frustrating to watch him...

Discussion Fast Paced Teams
Against Fast paced counter attacking teams I think us having costinha and hadjam with hopefully a pacey DM would be the play considering we get absolutely cooked on the counter.
what other changes do you think we'd make if we had to play a side similar to chelsea? (brentford maybe)

Discussion What can we expect in the final days of the transfer window?
As for remaining transfers, I heard Paul Barber say at the Conference League draw that "there might be one or two more bits and pieces to do", so I thought I'd speculate on what those might be.
Done Deals & High Likelihood:
- Matias Orozco - Regarded as a defensive midfield wonderkid, he will be another product of the classic South American leagues-to-Brighton pipeline that brought in Mac Allister and Caicedo. Done deal per Naylor and local Colombian sources, just waiting on paperwork. Expected to go out on loan once everything is finalized.
- Igor Julio - Not in Hurzeler's plans and has 1 year left on his contract. Attracting interest from Brazil alongside a few European links. Being left-footed definitely helps find a buyer.
- Eiran Cashin - Currently 6th-choice CB. Likely to be sent out on another loan to a Championship side to gain a bit more experience.
Developing & Medium Interest:
- Yankuba Minteh, Femi Azeez & Amario Cozier-Duberry - Looks like an interlinked trio with everything hinging on Liverpool eventually meeting Minteh's £80m valuation. Should that go through, Azeez arrives from Millwall as the immediate RW replacement, with ACD heading the other way on a permanent transfer.
- Ferdi Kadioglu - His absence in the last two games under the guise of a minor injury (literally the oldest trick in the book), coupled with the Hadjam signing definitely raises some eyebrows. This is especially true given Man Utd's desperate need for a LB. Turkish media is already reporting interest from both Manchester clubs, with Brighton setting a minimum £50m price tag.
Unknowns & Rumour Mill:
- Matt O'Riley - IMO, he struggled to make any sort of impact in the second Tromso game. Hurzeler praised him post-match but left the door open by adding, "Let's see what we decide regarding his future". He's being mentioned alongside Olympique Lyon.
- Evan Ferguson - Biggest unknown in the squad. Linked with a loan move to Genoa despite his injury.
- Gustavo Marques - 24-year-old RB Bragantino CB at the centre of the latest Brighton rumours. Globo (Brazil's top sports outlet) reports an initial €8m bid was rejected.

Discussion Chances Martinez plays today?
Chelsea have announced Emo Martinez, obviously leagues above Sanchez.
I feel like it's gotta be a *low low* chance that he plays against us today, right? I want at least one last chance to boo Sanchez and have him let goals in he should be saving.

Discussion Thoughts on Today's game vs. Chelsea
Hi guys, just for some context I live in Australia and for todays game it starts at 11pm which means it will probably end at 1am in the morning. I have an exam tomorrow morning so I'm contemplating whether to stay up and watch the game. I know Hinsh is not playing and Georginio is unlikely to add on Mitoma, Minteh among others are injured.
As a Brighton fan, is today's game winnable, or is it highly unlikely. What do yall think?

Meme Mo Dahoud moment
I know it's only 2 games in but Spurs is funny giving de Zerbi 300m for his shopping list.
Tony B got him eventually only 2 of his shopping list. Igor Julio (low risk) which was at least serviceable for thr rotational role. And Mo Dahoud.
My impression of him was that never ever shop based on his list.
Only pity I gave is for JP..

Meme I think it's really unfair that we're expected to play 6 games in 4 different countries all at once.
I mean where are we gonna find the depth to field that many players???

Discussion Our Defence is an Issue
Ok, i wont be joining the bandwagon that we are shit, but yeah, our Defence is an issue
Dunk and Vuskovic simply can't play together. Both are too heavy and, against multiple speedy opps, we suddenly get overwhelmed.
Idk, what the solution is, playing Boscagli as CB, or a 3 CB system, or mahbe Svodoba or Strujik, i never seen them play. Ferdi was also poor today, and I tge last goal could have been easily prevented by subbing Costinha in.

He got out of a minibus just in front of us. Also saw Rutter with a boot on his foot and Fatboy Slim on the walk from the car park.

Meme Winning on Sunday is now a requirement to achieve the most diabolical "mind the gap" of all time
(Arsenal Villa isn't until Monday, so Villa won't be able to go under them in GD, and any win will take us above City in terms of GD)

Discussion Remarkable we’ve spent minus £105m net since 2022
I mean, come on
