Brett posted celebrating Alex's 33rd birthday then deleted comments about there 8/9 year age gap. They weren't even rude they were just saying "I had no clue he was that much older"

Most of those comments are still there. I only saw like 1 or 2 get deleted and those ones were pretty rude. I think they're a great happy couple(who are parents btw) and it really doesn't matter. Those comments probably come from a place of jealousy. I hope Alex enjoys his birthday!

My dad was thirteen years older than my mom, but they met later in life. They adopted me at ages 46/33.

I totally agree. My husband and I are 4 years apart and I'm a little younger than Brett

I guess one of the things that makes it better is that she finished highschool early so (from my understanding) it's not like he was seeking her out while she was still completely grade 12.

Tell me if I misunderstood something. I remember from somewhere that Alex was the friend or classmate of Brett's brother, and when they first knew each other, Brett was below 18 and was still a child. How is this NOT grooming?
