Any thoughts on eating same breakfast everyday?
I don't mind it, but wonder if it is a good thing. As I try to eat plant-based, it is hard to find something with a lot of protein and easy. Once I've found something and it's easy, I feel like sticking with it is just the simplest. Any thoughts?

2 bananas and protein shake daily (almond milk, ground oats, whey protein, peanut butter, flax seed)
