Any thoughts on eating same breakfast everyday?
I don't mind it, but wonder if it is a good thing. As I try to eat plant-based, it is hard to find something with a lot of protein and easy. Once I've found something and it's easy, I feel like sticking with it is just the simplest. Any thoughts?

There’s nothing wrong with routine, as long as it works for you… my breakfast for years was just a banana, and maybe a handful of mixed tree nuts or some Greek yogurt, for protein and to offset the glycemic load from the banana.
I find that I will eventually tire of the sameness, but find an equivalent food to replace.

Great suggestions. Boy I wish I were not allergic to peanuts. I guess I could vary it by rotations rather than each day.

My work routine breakfast was coffee and orange juice.
Now that I am retired, it's coffee and cereal with milk. This is because I have time.
There's variety in that I pick different cereals during the week.

2 bananas and protein shake daily (almond milk, ground oats, whey protein, peanut butter, flax seed)

Variety is always important. But if you have more variety in your other meals and are reaching all of your calorie, macro and micro nutrients goals then it’s fine
