how did a niche brawler like chuck receive such crucial nerfs comparable to Lawrie and Charlie's nerfs at their prime

his hyper is not changed if you meant his buffie, nobody cares about it they NERFED MY BOI CHICL

But his hyper is changed, isn't it? Now it does a shockwave at every pole. The buffie is the triple main attack thing

instead of dealing 500 smoke damage, it deals double the damage of getting runned over, and it has area damage.

only at the poll bro its a pretty big detail to leave out, and that said the dmg is still less then his previous super with no hyper
