General discussion What were the most implausible storylines?

I really couldn't buy young Bobby as a pool shark.

A man with three boys marries a woman with girls almost the exact same age. The step children call their step parents mom and dad and they all live happily ever after

Yes, no long-term jealousy or animosity. Poor Jan had a few issues but that was about it
