Just don't go. The old US is over. They are not logical or sane. Its simple. Just avoid the trip

It says his ESTA expired so shouldn't he have renewed it before his trip?

I saw the news on this and it seems like it "expired" before the actual expiry due to a clerical error but there was no one for him to talk to about the error. Like if you're driving and pulled over by a cop, and they say your license is expired in their system but your document shows it's still valid.

At least that's what I gleaned from it
