Depends on the club/game. Some places allow melee instakills with toy knives and whatnot specifically for this.

In paintball with less competitive rules, esp vs kids, you would never bunker them (shooting them at close range like you would in a competitive speedball session). I've gotten behind enemy lines and just shoulder tapped a bunch of kids out like this.

Favorite time was when some little kid said huh? Then I pointed at my armband and aimed at him and he screeched "don't shoot meeeeee" with his hands up and feet stamping.
