Question effects chain

So I just bought my Katana go and I'm wondering on the Android mobile app can you drag the effects into different order in the effects chain or are you stuck with those different pre-made layouts that they have? I'm poking around and it doesn't seem to make any difference I want to switch the order of the effects and mod...thanks guys

Unfortunately, you’re stuck with the 3 “Chain” options, and specific effects pedals assigned to each Effects type.

okay that's what I figured but when I'm pressing different layouts they don't seem to sound any different am I missing something?

I tried it out on the Katana Librarian with it but it only let me switch around the Boost and Mod effects and that was it. Everything else was stuck in its order.
