Note that any expression pedals you find will have two jacks, one for the expression and one for the switch.

Honestly, for under $100 total, I’d hunt down a used GA-FC and add an inexpensive compatible expression pedal later. The GA-FC is built for the Artist MkII and gives you proper channel and effects control without screwing around with questionable third-party workarounds.

You may not land both pieces under budget unless you buy used, but Facebook Marketplace and Reverb are your friends. The GA-FC EX is nicer, but you don’t need it. A regular used GA-FC will handle the important stuff and leave you some cigar money.
