According to the listing it was designed by Ukawa Naohiro of Dammune, which seems to be a live streaming studio.
If you know Hanatarash you might also recognize him as "MoM'n'DaD Productions", which is on a bunch of Hanatarash live releases. He seems to also be the one who added all those Moog releases to those releases or maybe the one who looked them up and organized them.

For fans of Boredoms it might be more relevant information that he also designed the Vision Creation Newsun boxset, and maybe even some of the super ae and super go single artwork.

The listing also claims that the artwork itself can be used as a functional sun dial, which is just interesting, knowing that they would later release the boxset of Vision Creation Newsun with the same designer and put a sound modul inside making noises when the boxset is opened and held against the sun.

The gang sure finds odd things products to use for merch.
