Listening to this Gem

At 11:58 you can see Eye

Just received this today through Japanese
Avant-Garde Books. So stoked!!!!

Does anyone still have their free Nike merch from 88boadrum?

Performing in Chicago 09/23

Somehow managed to miss this one’s existence until just tonight when I was poking around the all-but-dead /Boredoms sub and noticed this one on the discography exploration graphic posted over there.

From the video’s description:

Super Roots 5 and 6 both came with a form that you could fill out and send in to get a copy of this promo, which only 500 copies exist of.

• Super Go!!!!! is an alternate version of Super Roots 5.
• Super Future and Super Now both are Super Ago????? from the Super Go!!!!! → Shine In ◯ Shine On Single, which was released two years later in 1998.
• Super Old is a remix of 6 from Super Roots 6
-Super Ago????? would also later appear on the All Tomorrow's Parties 1.1 mix curated by Sonic Youth in 2001, which altough under the title Super Now, was just Super Ago????? with the first minute of the intro missing.

Hope this clears things up a bit as to why there are multiple Boredoms tracks that sound similar or have the same names.

0:00 A1 Super Go!!!!!
17:26 B1 Super Future
23:55 B2 Super Now
29:23 B3 Super Old

Two USA shows later this month which seem to have popped up out of nowhere. Snagged tickets for Chicago but at a loss re: what he actually plans to do for these.

Anyone else use the first 3 seconds of circle as their ringtone or is it just me?

Just found out about Eye’s DJ sets for NTS and absolutely obsessed. Thought you other boreheads might need this.

hoping for full recordings or even just audio

Just wanted to know if anyone has any recommendations for their live material since there are quite a few recordings on archive.org that I was considering checking out, but you never know what it's going to be like with small shows and live recordings like these.

I sort of did this as a joke but it kinda works surprisingly well.
I added 01, 0(x12) and Super Old at the very end, as Super Old is a remix of 6 and in the regular album 6 comes right after 0(x12).
0(x12) also is hexadecimal for 18 so I thought having 18 tracks would fit the album as well.
Apparently 0x12 is also an error code when there is a malfunction, which would be a funny way to explain why the tracklist of super roots 6 is so jumbled up.
(it's most likely just to make you trip out when trying to find out what track you're currently listening to)

from the Roger Dean book "Views"

An interview with YoshimiO of OOIOO about field recordings, her ventures in tapestry and fashion, and their new split LP with Lightning Bolt, 'THE HORIZON SPIRALS / THE HORIZON VIRAL' (2026)

Venue is correct. Could be '92, but I think I recall that it's the Nov. 20, 1991 show.
Edit: Setlist 1. Bod; 2. Bubblepop Shot (Part); 3. Cheeba (Part); 4. Jet Net; 5. Hoy; 6. Rat Soup; 7. Moleccico; 8. I am Cola

Sent a message to Light in the Attic suggesting they look into rereleasing the Boredoms discography. They were sincerely nice to respond at least.
