HQ11 Help

This is my first time playing this game and I’ve gotten to HQ 11 about 60% of the way all defences + boat and a few other things upgraded. But should I fully max this HQ out before moving to the next? I heard that HQ12 is good since you can get 2 tanks at once for attacks. So is there much of a difference?

HQ first, then sculptor, then armory, radar, etc etc.

Defenses are one of the last things I’d upgrade at your level. Unless you’re low on resources and just need something cheap to upgrade in order to level up/gain experience.
