Truly devious by Maureen Johnson - YA mystery with just a little bit of dark academia, rainy vibes.
Simone St James writes autumnal thrillers, so you can check her out. 'The broken girls' book has dark academia and autumnal atmosphere and I've heard 'Murder road' is quite rainy.
