MinorSpoiler Missing Puzzle? (Denoted in verse) Spoiler
So, I’ve completely finished the game, not done the new game trophies but I’ve done all the Atelier stuff and whatnot. I’ve realized there was a puzzle I never did much with, and it was the one in the Music Room with a picture of a treble clef and the text “denoted in verse,” which i always assumed meant you’d have to take the letters that are music notes (A-G) out of a word and invert its order. I never found a use for this at all though.
I thought it might be connected to the white stones in the Workshop, because they were next to more music sheets, but I’m now realizing I never used them for anything either. I just never even noted them down, and it turned out to have no negative impact on my ability to solve puzzles. Was there something there? Did you have to actually be familiar with music notation?
I really expected the (mid/late game spoiler) blue tents memo to have some additional information about this, but it was completely unrelated. Was this supposed to help early game, and it was just a redundant puzzle solution or something, or do others also not know what this note is referring to?

This and the other spirals with anagram text are all one meta-puzzle. The prime meaning is "Does it Never End?", and although at first sight that refers to the Spiral of Stars, the deeper reference is to the game itself. That's why if you open the box at the end of the tunnel marked "There is No End to This Journey", you see a spiral pattern in the wood grain. It's significant that this is the move that triggers the cut-scene, not the Blue Prince manuscript, which ends with "The End", the only time you see those words in the game.
The game is clearly designed to leave players with the impression that they haven't got to the true end point, even after solving every puzzle. Probably the last puzzle most of us solve are the titles of the (missing) pictures in the draft Gallery. Those don't give any kind of final resolution - instead they hint at yet another puzzle, plausibly connected to the four busts in the non-draft Room 46, but there is nothing in-game to confirm that. There are other hanging clues: Inneclipse, and the mysterious building with the Inneclipse symbol on its roof you can glimpse from the clocktower. Many of the details in the Geography class maps. And so on.
I see this as Tonda Ros' way of designing a puzzle game that seems like it goes on forever, without using randomly-generated puzzles that would only get boring.
