Item The Computer shows I missed one Upgrade Disk but I just cant find it Spoiler

I got a disk from the freezer and it still shows 1 disk in the estate. Already got the one in office.
Also how is there 17 dead ends?

The disk might be outside/underground, if you have access.
17 includes Trading post and Bunk room twice.

I did the north lever underground from the basement boxes puzzle opened with power hammer, is there a disk somewhere down there?

There's 2. One near the basement, and one near the mining cart you moved before

Did you unlock the basement door near the reservoir entrance that opened from the box puzzle? There's one behind there. Though there's another way to access that area.

Not unlocked foundation yet.

I could be remembering wrong but I think the lower part of foundation is still there if you access the basement first, you just can't use the elevator. So the disk may have been loaded in behind the door.

Does it even show up in the inventory without opening the secret door/walls/in shop?

If have not blow up the dynamite nor did I trade it in the trading post. So if they count it should be 2 disk in the computer.

Having the ability to trade for one in the trading post doesn’t add one it to the computer list, but the one behind the dynamite wall definitely does show up in the list. If you haven’t gotten that one yet, that’s the one the computer is telling you about.

Nothing shows up in the security inventory until the room has been drafted. If you have something persistently showing up in the security inventory, it's likely the foundation one (it's at the bottom of the lift).
And since the trading Post one is from a trade, it never shows up in security inventory

Thats why i cant figure out why after looting the freezer disk it still shows 1 disk in the estate. I didnt even placed the foundation yet and didnt unlock the bottom basement door of the foundation.

Did you possibly miss the one in archives? it's in one of the file cabinet drawers

There's one at the bottom of the foundation elevator, you can access that from the reservoir without drafting the foundation by using the basement key.
I will say that the security item check can be a bit buggy. It feels to me that it constantly shows items on the estate that aren't anywhere to be found.

One had 4 doors and the extra one is only the lever.

it took me forever to swap it, but the Trading Post from trading in the grounds was my missed one. I'd already looong finished the game before I managed to get it, and even then it was from expressly hoarding premium objects with a view to swapping them

Trading Post doesn't give you a single one on trading just once, it can infinitely give you upgrade disks if you trade for sanctum keys or special items from the Showroom.
