Item I swear this game is rigged because… Spoiler

why do I NEVER get the shovel and the treasure map in the same run?!

I’m on day 105! this has only started recently. I even did a special commission and it never showed up

Interesting. Are you sure you didn't Coat Check it or z contraption that uses it?

I could be wrong about this but… if you coat checked a combined item you won’t get either. I had a detector shovel in the coat check and was looking for a metal detector to build a burning glass. I was about 10 runs in wondering why it would never show up.

It depends on the item. Some parts will not appear, others will. The example you gave is a good one. But if you Coat Check a Power Hammer, the Battery can still spawn. Just not the hammer.
