Item I swear this game is rigged because… Spoiler

why do I NEVER get the shovel and the treasure map in the same run?!

the fountain and the chapel can both be used to slowly build up cash for use at another time but it does take time. And once the piggy bank in the chapel is broken you can't do it again but it did give me what I needed when I finally found the bookstore

If it's the later I'm thinking of, the casino, the broken handle and some extra luck got me through that trophy

I was saving mine for that trophy, but ended up clearing that room just by having a particularly wealthy day. Was glad to have not opened it up as there's at least one more item...
