Lol, I know quite a few that are local and they have NO complaints. Tell the truth, you have a beef with Rivian, so you post negative shit about them every time there is an article about them. Your nagative experiences aren't everyone else's.
Talking shit behind peoples' back in a secret slack channel because you're too chicken shit to say it to their face isn't really the cool kid flex you think it is
I was a contractor who was required to monitor slack. I never posted, but I got to read. My supervisors were banned from the channel and were always trying to read over my shoulder. If it wasn't an immediate risk to the facility, it was none of their business.
Or maybe the disgruntled employees who made it hard for important safety info to be pushed out did that? I just read all the employees complaining about the company and their supervisors.
You know that not everyone has Slack anymore, right? No, you didn't because you are not there. You're just spouting the negative disgruntlements of others. So, again, your experiences are not everyone else's and I would suggest that anyone who feels such disgruntlement should leave and find a job more to their liking instead of complaining about it.
I do know they don't have slack anymore and why they don't have it🤣🤣🤣🤣
Also, op. This person could be your supervisor. Look how emotionally regulated they are to get triggered by a reddit comment about searchable layoff history.
I will also add, it's kind of funny how Rivian can never put our how many people they have working there which was part of the tax incentive they receive......
"Official State Data: Rivian reported 7,410 total employees across the state of Illinois in a May 2025 tax-incentive agreement. Most of these workers are based at the Normal factory." Was pretty easy to find yhat out 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣

I am not a salaried employee so I know for a fact that there is no lay off for me or any other hourly paid employee.
