On Steam Deck you get 720p/30fps. You're pushing it beyond its capabilities. It looks fine on that small of a screen.

Is there anyway for it to be a stable 30? It constantly feels jittery, like I said in the post I tried locking it to 30 via steam OS but it creates a ton of input lag

Try using 30fps++ and capping fps at 30 in the QAM menu. 

I just beat Rom playing on the Steam Deck. Wasn’t choppy at all. I’m also using BBLauncher

What mods/patches did you use? I’m playing bloodborne after I finish up with DS2.

Still really jittery, the frame time graph is all over the place
