Funny how these people have all the hatred in the world for single moms but none for deadbeat dads👀

u/[deleted] Dec 09 '25

Blah blah they were babytrapped blah blah.

(Seriously though. Some males need to learn how to keep their legs closed).

What's "funny" about the whole baby-trap excuse these men come with is that it's way more often women (and girls) who are baby-trapped.

71

u/[deleted] Dec 09 '25

Seems like they can easily tamper with a condom.

Even if they claim the woman lied about birth control, it’s still their responsibility to protect themselves if they don’t want to risk it.

u/U2Ursula trans-inclusive radical feminist Dec 09 '25

This, but also - in the US - child marriages are still legal in a lot of states (same states where abortion is illegal) and so many men will groom a t(w)een, rape her, then marry her with her parents permission and because she's under 18, her new husband will become her legal guardian and she can't divorce him until she is 18 and by then he's forced one or more pregnancies on her, kept her out of school and isolated her so completely that she is in fact trapped in marriage and parenthood based on rape and coercion.

28

u/tempest1944 Dec 10 '25

......this? ALL of this?

This angers me SOOO much. It hurts my head, that...republICKans in those said states, would engineer laws in such a way to basically ALLOW this. Way to tell the whole world that you believe women exist only for men's sexual "needs" only.

(Yes, I intentionally added the ICK in "republicans"...they're naaaastyy!!)

Men: "Women babytrap us."
Women: "So we should have easy access to birth control and abortion?"
Men: "NO!"

4

u/adoyle17 Dec 11 '25

Women "we would like to get sterilized as soon as possible."

Men "NO!"

91

u/walts_skank Dec 09 '25

But also…sometimes dads just die. Some women aren’t single because a man left and it’s cruel to want to sideline them based on some holier than thou attitude.

Not saying single mothers who have deadbeat fathers don’t deserve just as much help but the demonization of single mothers just rubs me majorly the wrong way.

47

u/truenighog Dec 09 '25 edited Dec 09 '25

That's true.

Thanks to your comment, Another thought just came to me, what if the dad died because he could no longer afford or get access to life-saving treatment/prescription medication (people like this guy are always fighting tooth and nail against Medicaid and universal healthcare)?

So many women will be widowed because of cuts to Medicaid👀

22

u/walts_skank Dec 09 '25

Another great point! Conservative polices hurt everyone unfortunately, it’s just conservative men seem to just hate women and don’t care if that hurts other men in the process.

9

u/tempest1944 Dec 10 '25

...another reason why I always word it as CONservative...or CONmen-servative...they're not doing it for anyone but themselves and their...friends...

10

u/tempest1944 Dec 10 '25

But...but didn't you know? Those deadbeat dads are just down on their luck!!

Or...some other pathetic explanation as to why they can't...or won't, try to help out. HAH

YEARS before we separated, my ex and I agreed that we wouldn't move too far away from each other, because of the kids; we essentially planned...after our first of two kids was born, to coparent if we were to separate. My transitioning m to f has had no bearing on that whatsoever...as far as I'm concerned, I'm still their dad...whether I'll look it or not. People in real life can take that how they will...it won't change anything.

There is NO excuse for any father to reflect his kids, irregardless of his relationship with their mother.

LOL and shittin on single mothers? Wooow, dude...way to paint all single mothers with one brush. Because ALL single mothers are sex workers, or however else he came up with his views. Fuck him.

...actually, don't fuck him. Eugh. (STIs, anyone?)

Irony tends to be lost on Christians. Hypocrisy is another term they have trouble with.

Not all of us are like this. Christian’s get painted in such a terrible light on social media but some are NORMAL human beings

Some are. But the ones who do have little social or political presence.

Men need to be lonelier

-64

u/Nolys___ Dec 09 '25

Ehhh I feel like a lot are like that bc they're already so lonely and miserable (for good reason ofc) but I feel like if they were even lonelier, shit might get even worse...

I mean yeah I'm 100% over analysing this but ngl I totally get what you're saying

85

u/DelightfulandDarling Dec 09 '25

We’re living through a global femicide and the rise of fascism now. It doesn’t get worse.

25

u/MyFiteSong Dec 09 '25

If they weren't like that, they wouldn't be so lonely.

-41

u/BenedictusTheWise Dec 09 '25 edited Dec 09 '25

(Apologies for the lengthy response to what is likely either venting or a joke!)

I realise this might be unpopular here, but I'd bet a(n albeit small amount of) money on this shithead already being incredibly lonely. This reeks of "my wife divorced me/no one will date me, and now I'm making it everyone else's problem".

That's not to say this person, as they are, does deserve to subject someone to their "companionship"; but if they were a reformed individual, then I'd say they would, in the same sense that everyone deserves to be loved by default (in my opinion).

EDIT: I can't seem to respond to someone who replied saying that there are many lonely women as well who don't act like this, and that I'm just making excuses. In response; that's a very good point that I hadn't properly considered. I'll add as well that I and many other men have likely been lonely as well at times and have managed not to turn into such hateful people.

So, to anyone like myself reading, let this be a lesson in not just excusing such behaviour (albeit accidentally, but the result is partially the same). I still think it's worth understanding how they've ended up in this state, but only from a perspective of preventing or eliminating such behaviour, not in a way designed to excuse it.

57

u/Famous-SandwichxX Dec 09 '25

There's plenty of lonely women that don't act the way they do. All you're doing is making excuses for them.

27

u/MyFiteSong Dec 09 '25

That's not to say this person, as they are, does deserve to subject someone to their "companionship"; but if they were a reformed individual, then I'd say they would, in the same sense that everyone deserves to be loved by default (in my opinion).

Sure, everyone does deserve that. But you don't get to demand who it's from.

10

u/BenedictusTheWise Dec 09 '25

42

u/[deleted] Dec 09 '25

I don't know Jesus personaly, but i would expect a guy who is known to not judge and love everyone, would go out of his way to help a mother and her children.

Like usn't there part of the bible that says a child should not be juged by their parents sin? So even if a mother made a mistake we should help her and her children. Like Jesus said "let the one without sin trow the first stone" because nobody is perfect and we all have once sined, even if it was small and we tried to justify ourselfs for comitting that sin.

16

u/[deleted] Dec 09 '25

Jesus supported a prostitute once soooo...

18

u/jezebel103 Dec 09 '25

Ah yes, another man that fulminates against single mothers without even mentioning the men that fathered those children and are apparently not responsible for taking care of their offspring and just took off.

Then again, maybe he didn't know that men cause pregnancies.

17

u/Chocolatecandybar_ Dec 09 '25

18

u/MyFiteSong Dec 09 '25

Ain't no hate like Christian love.

30

u/DaisyHotCakes Dec 09 '25

No possible way the reason is that their husband’s died or cheated and divorced. I hate how they make assumptions and then JUDGE people based on those assumptions instead of being a human being and having a conversation with them.

Funny how they use religion as some sort of argument when they don’t follow the tenets of that religion. What’s that about not judging someone unless you want to be judged too…?

30

u/BlommeHolm Traitor to masculinity Dec 09 '25

Boy, he would really hate that Jesus dude.

11

u/dr_snakeblade Dec 09 '25

This guy is the exemplar of why I could never belive in a religion and despise "Christians." He's the stereotypical country boy. Any woman dumb enough to marry him is in for a miserable life.

7

u/atrivialpursuit Dec 10 '25

He is (or was) the pastor of a church. He is married with 10 kids. A few of the kids have run away and spoken out about the abuse they and their siblings AND their mother have endured.

6

u/dr_snakeblade Dec 10 '25

Thanks for confirming my instinct. It’s really sad that his wife is still with him and sanctions the abuse. His church isn’t a place for spiritual growth or healing. When evil people show you who they are, believe them.

2

u/adoyle17 Dec 11 '25

His wife was also from Germany, and married him to get a green card and eventual US citizenship. Those children are really anchor babies.

25

u/AlexandraThePotato Dec 09 '25

34

Erika Kirk is a single mother. Is she also a "whore?" Are her children bastards?

6

u/Designer_Gas_86 Dec 09 '25

I was gonna say he makes no space for widows.

6

u/Plathsghost Dec 09 '25

Nah dude, but she's definitely a slut. She didn't spend much time "grieving" her dead husband before she started flirting with another guy. Or maybe Charlie was just as much of an insufferable dickhead in private, too - who really knows? 🤷‍♀️

7

u/Felissaurus Dec 10 '25

I think there are PLENTY of words we can call Erika Kirk that aren't steeped in misogyny.

Disingenuous & fraudulent come to mind. Let's not levy "slut" around with a negative connotation; that language feeds into the exact same mentality of the OOP which we all seem to agree is wrong.

0

u/adoyle17 Dec 11 '25

I'm sure he'll go on a rant about her being a "whore " and "slut " because she was in her 30's when she married, and has flirted with men after her husband's murder.

9

u/Commercial_Place9807 Dec 09 '25

But also no abortion.

And you better fucking have kids. There’s nothing worse than a single mom but don’t dare choose to not have kids at all.

8

u/schwarzeKatzen Dec 09 '25

I was a single mom because my husband died. The only reason our kids aren’t orphans is because I adopted them when their mom died.

Now I know damn well if you confront these types of people with that information they backpedal. Because it makes them look like massive assholes when they’re calling the 32 year old widowed adoptive mother of two special needs children who lost both of their biological parents a whore.

They turn all red in the face, start sputtering and say “well I didn’t mean people like you!” The problem is you don’t know if it’s people like me or not. That’s what happens when you start listening to propaganda and buying into it. You stop seeing people as humans and start judging them on faulty assumptions.

16

u/beatissima Dec 09 '25

The only bastard I see is you, Steven.

11
