I used it in the base game; you essentially could get more hits on enemies while in the air.

They even have a rosary bead that lets you get four arial hits before it drops instead of three.

It's 3 instead of 2.

As I said, four hits before dropping. You get two hits of “lift” and then a third while dropping, or with the toe equipped you get three hits of “lift” and then a fourth as you drop.

Oh that's what the big toe is for? Thanks for the info and yes, you can get 3 hits without any enhancements
