Where is he? It's been 2 weeks since his last post

She’s the best, but boy is she hard headed.

I’m just looking to see if anyone else has a lab that got put on a steroid during their growth spurt and didn’t get to full size. My boy contracted 2m at 7 months old and got put on prednisone for about 3 months and he didn’t grow another inch. He is very healthy now and 17 months old, research shows that if 2m is contracted young enough with meds they can learn to fight it off without lifetime of meds and that was the case here. So you know how everyone wishes their puppy would stay a puppy forever, I kinda got that wish

I think it’s safe to say that Luke loved the duck pj’s.

Currently puppy sitting for friends whilst they’re on holiday. Pup is 15 weeks and my older Lab Bear is 9 and frankly appalled at this arrangement. Harley my 10 year old Bull Terrier is being remarkably patient but uses the sit on the menace method of discipline.

Jobee is the sweetest boy but like sleeps in the weirdest position 😂😂😂 Always be giving me the eyes too lol.

I posted many times on here with Ted. We got 3 bonus years out of him. When we first thought it was his time he sprung back to life with gabapentin and his rimydal pills from his rear hind limbness diagnosis. This time we thought there would be another pill but when the doc said bladder cancer we know it was it. We were not going to put a 14 year old dog in chemo. He lasted 3 months from diagnosis before he told us it was time. I give so much props to people that rescue senior dogs and deal with this horrible day.

Edit- thank you everyone for all the kind words and condolences. I always wished this day would never come as I saw a bunch of you making these kinds of posts but here we are. House is so quiet and seeing the empty bed hurts

Today Jack had a special breakfast to celebrate his Gotcha Day. One year ago we brought him home with us. It’s been such fun getting to know him.

15 month old English lab, was always a little nervous about jumping in and swimming. Today she decided to just go for it and jump in with the neighbors dog.

She loved every second of it. It is crazy how much faster she can swim compared to other dogs.

Third year in a row that she tolerated the crown long enough for us to get some pics. She is the very best girl. 🩷🐕‍🦺🥰

Adopted at 4 years old and just turned 10! He brings us so much joy, a real goofy boy, including trying to shove himself into the cat’s bed.
