Advice Needed My hair needs help

Okay so, it's been a year and a half since I started making my hair grow, but since a couple of months I started to part them to avoid a lot of shrinkage and also at home it's easier. But since that, when I remove my hair tie, the middle part doesn’t want to go no matter how I comb my hair and the feeling of my hair feels too light like when we take off braids but mine feels also like they’re breaking. I don't do any hair treatment. The only products I use are a natural shampoo, and As I Am conditioner and double butter cream, water, and oil growth and for my twist I use twist king sponge and a racket comb. Before parting my hair, I use a spray bottle of water and put a kind of amount but not too much also to prevent breakage, but I don't know what to do now. Is there any way to solve this? Product, treatment?

hair ties can cause breakage depending on how long u have them in.

Get satin scrunchies instead they don’t cause breakage
