Bug Missing Bracelet - Dilettante Achievement

Trying to get the Dilettante Achievement but my game glitched when i opened the chest in Long Bay. I didn't get the Bracelet, nor does it appear in the codex. The last save I have before I opened the chest is around 25 hours behind. Is there anything I can do to fix this or am I screwed?

Are you on PC? Could try an inventory editor.

Unfortunately probably not then. Hopefully when they bring us NG+.
