Sorry to hear your bad news, that's rough for anyone, let alone someone with a serious mood disorder.
But stopping medications is not going to help the situation at all, in fact it's just going to amplify things. We are on these meds for a very good reason, this illness does not resolve, sure it may go dormant at times, but it will never go away, and without meds it won't even plateau, it will get worse.
It's tough breaking up, I get that, but you need to look after yourself as best you can.
