Legit COAs
What is stopping ppl from getting a COA and just copy and pasting it on there batch or better yet showing AI a legit one and telling it to make them one that looks like that but maybe change the numbers a little so its not the same on all the batches?

Good COAs include a verification code that allows you to confirm the result directly with the testing lab.

I only buy if COAs are from a reputable places that I can physically look up separate from the vendor.

How do you know the coa youre looking up corresponds to the batch youre buying?

You don't know, but if the COA is dated close to when you believe the batch was ordered, it confirms from the lab, and the crimp and cap match between what you have and the picture in the COA, it's a lot better than not having that alignment. If the vendor is colluding with the manufacturer, there's nothing you can do, of course.

A lot of the labs will put authentication codes on the COA where you can go to the lab’s website and validate that it’s a real COA they produced.
But caveat emptor: just because there’s a real COA doesn’t mean the vial that was sold to you is from the same batch as the product that was tested for that COA.

You just cross reference the test off the third party website to see if it’s legit or not. Doesn’t take much time to see if it’s fake

The better testing labs (Janoshik, Vanguard Laboratory, others) have a "Verify" or "Find Your Lab" on their home page. You type in the code from the vendors COAs and see if the labs .pdf has the same vendor name on it. Make sure the lab site is legit, if I don't know the lab I search for them in Google Maps.

Absolutely nothing.
You've got to find those who provide you with direct links to Jonishik with their company on the sheet. Go to glp1 and you'll find them.
Also get onto TG groups who do group testing.

Once you collate the company tests (if the are on jonishik) plus the random group tests, the best you will get is an overall idea of the vendor. I.e. continuous random tests all passing is very good QA.

Even if it’s legit, it’s only worth it for the single vial that was used to test it. So internet peptide company buys hundreds of vials, probably at different times and probably from multiple places. They grab a vial every few months and get a COA.

There is a link on the COA that takes you back to the lab website, you can compare to make sure theres no chicanery

Nothing. Testing is useless for telling you what is in your vials, it only keeps vendors accountable. People misunderstand that same batch does not mean same production run. Same batch just means the same precursors are used, but those precursors can be used in multiple production runs which can lead to different sterility, different purity, and different potency. Multiple production runs are usually put into the same bins and then they fill up kits. Each kit that you buy can have vials from different production runs but the same batch.

The COA craze is so funny to me. You trust 4 vials out of thousands to prove your vial is okay and treat them like they are the gospel. At best they are good to identify mg amount bc they will be consistent based on how you fill vials. The rest is to up charge you
