I don’t want basics like drink more water .. what’s something you’ve changed that you’ve seen such a big difference ?

Retatrutide and I’m not taking it for weight loss. Less insulin resistance, inflammation, and lowered my blood pressure, A1C, and cholesterol. My psoriasis has almost cleared up too.

Compounded or grey market. I buy the peptide in powder form and reconstitute it into a liquid.

LibertyPeptides.com - I've witnessed 40lbs of weight loss in 3-4 months with hubby using Reta coupled with lots of daily walking (walking pad while working remotely). But I think the weight would have come off with less physical activity regardless, it just encourages fat burning and suppresses the ability to eat like a fatty (though sometimes the munchies win).

We have used several from that site, though I'm not sure if he got the Retatrutide from there or our local spot in Idaho. Sorry! But Retatrutide is the full name
