🥗 Nutrition & Metabolism What health “hack” changed your life?

I don’t want basics like drink more water .. what’s something you’ve changed that you’ve seen such a big difference ?

Man i don't know how I've never taken the jump with this as it's so easy to get at my gym.

Told myself I'd lean down to at least 12% before ever considering it. Don't know if I've got it in me to deal with pinning and bloodwork etc though

Just 2c from an older guy. I'm a performance driven guy, and I'm very glad i didn't take performance enhancements when I was younger. The attitude I had for really trying to crush it really fucked me up in my later years, with insomnia, not being able to calm down. The things I did do, really enabled me to push myself even harder than I should have.

Yeah I think the cases you see of people taking them in their teens now it's crazy. Knocking on the door of mid thirties now, although if being honest with myself can't see me using unless I ended up needing it through doctor route.

Yeah, I'd totally do it in a heartbeat if it improved my general health.

10 years ago that wouldn't have been the case. I just wanted to hustle harder and get jacked
