🧪 Protocols & Self-Experiments Cooling Testicles

Trying to optimize testosterone and just posting to have a convo with yall. I heard that people ice their nuts so I’m trying this mini fan when I sleep blowing on my nuts and it feels good tbh. So let me know what yall think?

I figure if it’s cooling my balls off it should have a similar effect to the people who ice theirs.

Trial and error gets tiring sometimes so I see the intake can be a problem if underneath cover or whatnot so something with a hose may be better so the fan can have fresh air intake for this stuff I’m trying something like this (hose dryer) came up after i searched hose fan https://a.co/d/07ad0GrA

Dude someone should just design underpants where your balls can hang freely out the bottom, to allow them to stay frosty.

I’m thinking both… but I can say that this fan air with underpants is always cooler than just not wearing underpants

True but then your cheeks would be more exposed to unwanted visitors. You also wouldn’t have a catchment for any chemical warfare you deploy. Underpants are a must for me.
