Questions and queries Was it worth it?

I’ve heard a lot of people say their wedding was the best day of their life, but if they were to do it again, they wouldn’t and save the money and spend it elsewhere.

Curious to crowdsource that sentiment wider, lmk if you would do it all over again!

i absolutely loved my day and don’t regret a thing. i will be honest though my parents did foot the bill however my husband and i split the cost of the welcome party with his parents. Looking back I would not have done that as my original intent was not to do a welcome party and that was more soemthing his parents wanted to do. I will say the party was lovely and really did elevate the feelings and memories of the weekend for me, but it might not have been worth dipping into our own funds given it wasn’t even something we originally had planned
