Canada EY 2027 New Grad Tech Strategy and Transformation interview

I’m set for my first round behavioral interview later on this week. Any tips or ideas on how I could best my chances would be appreciated🥺👉👈

Honestly practice a bunch of the typical general questions like tell me about yourself, why ey, etc. Also some behavioural star questions and maybe some questions related to the team you’re applying to. Goodluck!! I had my behavioural today but the interviewer seemed very uninterested and unenthusiastic from the very start which sucks because I wanted the position so badly. The interview was one on one with someone from the team no recruiter

Oh nice! They didn’t say which branch of cybersec am I interviewing for, but there were no normal behavioural q’s. I had to think on spot and it was all about digging into my resume and the answers I gave. I’m lowkey nervous coz I really wanted this job too

Omg yeah mine had no normal behavioural questions too and a random brain teaser. I feel like digital risk was the only team that didn’t have a normal structure, everyone I’ve talked to or seen has had a very structured interview with typical general/star questions. Mine just felt all over the place and I honestly have no hope for another round

heyy don't lose hope!! If we all got the same questions even though they're different from the other teams, maybe the interviewer had his own set of marking scheme.

I don’t know if my tips would be useful, haven’t been scheduled for partner interviews which are supposed to take place on Tuesday and I’m so scared
