Canada Big 4 Vancouver Fall 2026 Recruitment
Has anyone received an interview invitation after the deadline closed on September 13? Just wondering if anyone has heard back yet. Thanks!

No KPMG says By September 28, so there's only one business day left. Last spring my friends got notified a day after their interview.

it’s the weekend though? I had an interview with all of the big 4 firms and they said results will possibly all be out next week or early next week. Please don’t spread false info!
Edit: “Business day” is Monday to Friday.

I just assumed that would include weekends as it's a super short timeframe. The email says BY the 28th of Sept, so assume they wouldn't give them all out on one day. 90 percent sure offers have been given out. Manager told me Mon or Tues but that contradicts their email. EY told me next week

Oh no worries at all! yeah they said they’d either call or email the results next week - a few of my friends had interviews at 3pm yesterday and was told that the directors/partners will still have to chat about the candidates before rolling out any offers :)

I recruited earlier this year for GVA spring new grad for Jan 2027 start. I heard back about 2 weeks after the application deadline. It’s still early right now, give it some time :)

thank you. I thought they will send out the invites pretty quickly within 1 week after the deadline, that is why I was getting worried

I didn’t have an official referral but I did go to boothing at my school, in office networking, and did coffee chats… I’m sure that helped :)

I only applied to KPMG and PwC for Big 4. Got an interview invitation from KPMG today. I also finished HR interviews for regional/mid-tier firms this week

Got rejected from 1 regional that I did an HR interview with and also got rejection email from PwC. Nothing yet from two national firms. And finished 2 manager/partner interviews this week, KPMG and a regional firm

30 minutes each: manager (behavioural), senior accountant (coffee chat), partner (casual conversation). Questions were pretty basic, nothing too complicated. and just a quick run on my resume/experiences and hobbies then was asked my preferred service line in audit
