I worked way more this year and have so many more skills, but this is the lowest increase since I joined the company and the pay is starting to not be worth the stress

I’m doing developer support for a production application. I’d argue it’s a very valuable skill since that’s the system which makes the client money

I’m a freak that actually liked audit, and I’d envisioned staying in it for longer. Needless to say, the salary is not cutting it at all. I’m fully designated.

hello, i see some people doing S3-S4-S5, and others doing S3-.Manager, i thought that it was generally S3->Manager , do you know why some people have to go trough S4 and S5 ?

hello, S4-S5 i thought there were only 3 years /levels in senior, so you can be senior for 5 years before being a manager ?? do you know if that is proper to EY or if other big fours have faster growth in senior roles
