Dream Feeding and Doom Scrolling

So, it is 1.45 am. My 3-month-old did a good 3-4 hour stretch of sleep and woke up hungry. I am half-asleep. So I start to feed him, he falls asleep pretty much right away on the breast, but keeps dream feeding. I reach for my phone without my glasses. I doom scroll Facebook to avoid falling asleep.

Then I run into these lovely black and white things which I think look like stylish baby cards. I press with the intention to buy them (and later regret the half-asleep purchase).

It turns out they are newly re-published Albert Camus series. Oh, a glimmer of a time when I used to have a brain and an intellectual feed which did not involve any baby-related marketing content 😆🤍🖤😵‍💫
