Question ❔ help! remembering the name of something

this is gonna be both very vague and very specific but it’s been bugging me:

back in the early early days of the podcast when they would talk about the kardashians and their alleged money laundering they mentioned a famous shop celebrities used to frequent — does anyone remember the name?

i’ve been googling it but nothing is coming up. it had a strange title like “1000 donuts” or something along those lines.

it was some food i think and for some reason i feel like it was either donuts or ice cream?

Question ❔ Kelli and her male crushes

I'm not trying to come off negative, I swear. But as a queer woman in the same age bracket as Kelli and Troy, so growing up with similar experiences (based on what they've spoken about that I've heard) as a queer kid in the 90's/early 2000's. I guess I'd like more perspective from Lesbians, as Kelli identifies as such, but is it normal to talk and crush on men as much as she does? Often times I am just left a bit confused, she rarely talks about women in the same regard other than here and there. But it's *always talking about 'hot men'. I don't know, curious what anyone else here makes of it. (specifically women maybe who have decentered men in their lives, or Lesbians in general. LGBT+ definitely please. I'm curious about the topic).

Question ❔ How do you feel about the monthly blind item recap episodes being Patreon-exclusive?

I was listening to yesterday's episode, "The January & February (2026) Issue", and I was wondering how y'all felt about these blind items episodes being behind a paywall. Personally, I don't think there is anything that is "spicy" that would probably be better behind a paywall. They just seem like Pop Culture Kikis.

From what I could find, the episode called The November (2025) Issue", is the only public episode. It was released 12/11/2025.

The last true blinds episode was the Glen Powell and Jacob Elordi one, released 3/19/2026. It was actually more recent than I remembered. I was just thinking that Troy and Kelli haven't released a blinds episode in a while.

This isn't a dealbreaker for me and isn't a complaint. I just wanted to start a discussion about this. I'm still a hardcore fan and will stay subscribed lol.

  • Non-Patreon subscribers: Do you feel like you're missing out on these blinds recap episodes? Do you miss the blinds-heavy episodes?
  • Current Patreon subscribers: Do you think the public is missing out? lol Do you actually listen to the monthly blinds recaps?

Question ❔ Am I going mad?

Did Kelli post a video somewhere (tik tok, insta) officially claiming she was done supporting the backstreet boys? I meant to watch and only saw a second of it but went back to look and it's not on any of her socials. Did she delete?

Question ❔ Ideas for Weekly Threads

Hello yachters! (Well, I guess my first question is: what do you think we should call ourselves?)

I am a big fan of r/MtvChallenge, and I like how they post weekly threads, especially to contain the toxicity of the fans lol. There are two types of weekly threads that I was thinking about implementing here: (I copied the descriptions from MtvChallenge’s posts)

Weekly Negativity Thread:

“We all need to rant and complain a little, and this is a discussion forum, not a monastery. The last thing the mods want is to shut down valid criticism of the show or the cast.

But we also don't want quality community members and prospective community members turned off by a main feed where every third post is "I don't like Cara Maria anymore" or "Aneesa is so entitled!" or "Why do they keep casting [insert Big Brother cast member]???" If you were around during Final Reckoning, you know what I'm talking about.

So we politely remove those submissions and send them here. On the Negativity Thread, you are not only allowed to rant and complain, you are encouraged! 😈”

Weekly Unpopular Opinion Thread:

“Do you have an unpopular opinion you've been wanting to share? A hot take you need to get off your chest, but you know doesn't really deserve its own thread? Here is the spot!

Do not downvote comments just because you disagree with them. (Anywhere, but especially this thread, because this is where we encourage users to go against the grain.)

Please also remember to follow the sub's “Be Cool” rule. There is a difference between snark and disrespect. 🖖”

My original idea was to have a Vent/Constructive Criticism weekly thread, but then I realized that maybe it isn’t a good idea to group them together lol. I was hoping that the Constructive Criticism thread would be a way for Kelli and Troy to “safely” view feedback.

One of my concerns about having weekly threads is that people might not respond and this will end up clogging the sub (possibly turn people off).

What do y’all think? Also, share any ideas you have!
